Ever read the book "The Devil Wears Prada"? Sometimes I feel like the main character in that book did, except not in NYC, and not in the fashion world (Vogue Magazine)...but in Louisville, Kentucky, and in the "leasing/property management/events" world.

Sometimes I imagine how I must look to other people when walking around with my boss, the General Manager, and it has GOT to quite halarious. I am always one step behind (out of respect for her "title" and "position"), always end up carrying her stuff for her (her bag, her books, her carpet samples, her lunch, etc.)...

I know the meaning of " following like a little puppy dog"...i AM the puppy dog!

I find it quite disgusting really, and its not even something that I want to be doing, but something that I have to out a good face on for for the job.

The real world is so overrated.
