Wanna know what a dream week would be? To put ALL the friggin jackass CEOs, and Bosses, and idiot people who THINK they are SO mighty (how do you get to the top without even knowing how to use Word? or dont even know how to us a scanner? or dont even know WHAT BCC is on email????????????) and think that they should be catered to, sucked up to, ass kissed, heads constantly enflated and shoes shined on a daily basis by those that actually DO the fucking work, and KNOW the fucking material!
How great would it be to have your Boss, and his/her Boss, and his/her boss at the "bottom of the barrel" in the workforce? OMG...i would LOVE for my boss's boss, and HIS boss to have to do all of the tright (sp?) "work", like making copies, cleaning the kitchen, getting the mail...GETTING MY LUNCH! just once, I would love to tell my boss's boss that they CANT be late because "they are the 'front lines' of the company" or that they "cant have their lunch paid for because they arent a part of that meeting", even though everyone else in the office gets free lunch and ARE NOT apart of the meeting. I would LOVE to watch my boss, my boss's boss, and my boss's boss's boss have to make 10 trips, up and down 5 floors, to CLEAN up from a press conference, and *I* get all the credit. most of all, i want to watch all by bosses have to spend a WEEK in my shoes, knowing what they know now, and having someone else tell them WHEN and WHERE they can take a shit, eat lunch, for how long, and what color it should be! just for ONCE, i would LOVE to see all of them KISS my ass!
isnt it funny how nice someone is, when they think you are of "importance" or when they think you might be able to get them "in". thats how people were at sundance...they LOVED me when i was publicity coodinator, or press office asst. manager. they LOVED me, and not because of ME, but because they THOUGHT i had some clout. the best was when you had some asshole of a publicists or filmmaker be a dick to you, and then that night see you running the press conference, or walking freely into a party...and the next day grovel was always amusing.
uhg. i hate that. i hate people who think that they are "above" others just because of their title of position in a company!
so i just found out that the girl that i am "temping" for while she went on maternity leave, is not being asked to come back!
