How long, on average, do you think one stays at one particular job/company?

In the past, people used to stay for YEARS....we are talking 15 YEARS, and 30 YEARS!! Today, people don't stay that long at a company...SO what do you think the average time one stays at a company is these days?

and what do you think the reasons are that one DOESNT stay at a particular company?
