Jonathon came to work last Friday and fixed my speakers. WOW< what a difference having music makes. I cant turn it up too loud, as I am need to keep it "under the radar" but the bits that i can hear are...well...music to my ears. :)

Ran 13.2 miles on Saturday. man, that was rough. wished i would have trained a teeny bit more for it, BUT i DID finish, and i DID run the entire way...which was an acomplishment in and of itself. when i set out to do this, the farthest i had ever run on a treadmill or outside was 4 miles, and it KILLED me. Now...yeah, I plan on running at LEAST 5 miles a day. if anything running a half marathon has put running and exercise in general, in some perspective. workout for an hour and a half? no problem! run 10 miles...no problem. :) i am kinda pround of myself :) AND its over, so i can focus on "just working out". start going to kickboxing, and pilates and whatever class i want.

(i am sure i sound like the workout queen...no not at all. its all easier said than done. if i could at least make it to the gym 5-6 times a week, instead of the sparatic 3 that i normally do...than we can start talking "workout queen". alas, my self-will, and laziness often get the best of me).

anyway. its Derby week. wooohoo. doesnt feel like it at all. cant believe its may actually. 2005 almost half way gone. I am 15 days away from the home stretch to my birthday (YIKES...I WANT TO TURN BACK!!!!! NOOOOOOOO!). odd. scary. yowza! shouldnt i be more "accomplished" by now?

My new show? Grey's Anatomy. LOOOOOVE, LOOOVE, LOOOOOOOVE it! I think i look forward to it more than i do Desparate Housewives or Alias anymore (though, i find it tough to sit through alias anymore. i just dont have the patience or something).

Seeing the Black Crows tonight. They are touring under a different name (Mr. Crows Garden or something like that). Should be interesting. GAH, I am SO OLD! Its crazy!

um yeah. updated.
