So a very cool story, if you ask me, is the story of my parent's engagement/wedding. Because my dad was leaving for Mexico(for medical school), they wanted to get married really quick. they went and got their liscense on a friday, and since park city was the only place that had a justice of the peace to marry them on saturday, they went there. On the way they picked up a hitchiker, to be their witness, and the Justice of the Peace actually owned a bar, so they had the wedding in a bar, with a hitchiker. The next day they hiked some mountains around Park City/Heber area and carved their names in a tree. The coolest thing about this is that the tree still stands today. They went looking for it at their 25th anniversary, and then last weekend, for their 35, they took me to find it. VERY COOL!
