I really need to find a new job. i know i keep complaining and complaining about my job and how it sucks and how i need to find a new one. but i REALLY need to find a new one. they just fired the BEST employee that they have. just up and fired her! why? because the new development director didnt "like" her. i cant believe it. just. cant. believe. it.

just got an email from my good friend starlee in phx. she just got engaged! good for her! and she is starting a new job in a couple if weeks...a great new job, with a TON of opportunity! i am jealous of her. she finds the best jobs...and she gets the best jobs. i dont know how she does it. she works her ass off though. very driven.

yeah. need a new job. ASAP! a good one at that.
