i am all over the place today, sorry...
lets talk about lunch at work these days. i have gone from eating subway spinich and chicken salad (wih viniger and oil dressing...YUM!!! :)) to eating cafeteria starchy crap. gah, i FEEL so disgusting, but its not like i can be anti-social and NOT go to lunch with co-workers. i just started, i have to bond with these people! the cafeteria is the only place we can really eat, for cheap and quick. its so gross though! ewww, seriously, GROSS! i just want something light, like a salad, or like....an apple. (yes...i am getting anal about it, probably because crap food is a huge weakenss. i love sugar, i love potatoes, and cant resist when they are around. yet i hate the way i feel).
and can i just say, i think i let the "i have been to over 100 dmb shows" out of the bag too early here. normally, i really try to keep that a secret for as long as possible (my last job had NO idea i had seen that many dmb shows), but these people are young and into music. i kinda had to talk the music talk in order to claim some sort of commonality with them. the "i have been to over 100 shows" kind of just slipped out. now it has been passed around, and i am fairly embarassed. way too much info...it makes me really uncomfortable when people know too much about me (at least new people). i think they think i am nuts.
