Okay....so...sitting here at my new job at Churchill, and well...I AM BORED! So its the end of the Spring Meet, and most of the promotions and events are over, thus there isnt much to do. However, everyone else in the Marketing Department are working like crazy (so it seems), and I feel somewhat useless. Like seriously, i am in my office (did i mention that I HAVE MY OWN OFFICE!!!!), and i have NOTHING to do. I have looked through all the drawers, I have read up on all the events...I have checked out the events for Fall Meet...pretty much done everything that I can think of to keep myself occupied and educated. I am completely out of ideas, so I have resorted to checking out the Internet. First it was reading up on horse racing (which i still dont comepletely understand...and think that all horse racing websites are WAY TO BUSY. SPEAK TO ME IN ENGLISH ALREADY!), then I resorted to checking out msn.com, people.com (gotta keep up to date on the celebrity news...hehehe), adventuresinrealty.com (you gonna blog anytime soon? ;)), checked out Nikki's blog, Amanda's blog (both of them). checked the bank account, checked my hotmail emails and gmail emails...checked up Mr. A-Z, which led me to the Zach Braff Garden State blog (fantastic!). Finally...yesterday, i resorted to getting minute by minute updates of Lance Armstrong in the Tour de France. I have realized that I am somewhat fancinated and obsessed about the Tour de France. I really dont know who the other riders are except Lance...and I find knowing his whereabouts in the race highly entertaining or something. That and Wimbeldon. How hot is Andy Roddick? holy crap! I am really wishing i was at home to watch him win today ;) Tennis? I dont even play tennis! whatever...boredom has done strange things to me.
